Embroidered junior and senior black belts

SENIOR Black belt in lengths 180cm, 200cm, 210cm, 220cm and 240cm.

JUNIOR Black belt in lengths 180cm, 200cm and 220cm.

Embroidered with gold thread.

Each belt is handmade so there may be slight variations of up to 5cm in the actual received belt length.

Since we are completely dependent on third party embroiderers for the production of these belts we cannot guarantee the dispatch date when a belt is included in your order.  Typical embroidery production time is 2 weeks but please allow 6 to 9 weeks in case of local holidays and unforeseen delays with our embroiderers.

Side A: Firstname & Lastname with degree grade in roman numerals shown vertically.

Design A - Name in standard letters

Design B - Name in italics

Design C - First name in standard letters, last name in uppercase

Association name (below the name)

Please type the name (and association if required) into the text fields exactly as it should appear on the belt and select the grade required.

WARNING: PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE LATEST ITF RULES THE TENETS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE ALLOWED EMBROIDERY ON THE BELT.  THE RULES DO NOT SPECIFICALLY STATE THE TENETS ARE NOT ALLOWED HOWEVER THEY WERE MENTIONED IN THE RULES PREVIOUSLY AS AN OPTION.  SO WE ARE ADVISING COMPETITORS NOT TO WEAR BELTS WITH THE TENETS OR ROUND ITF LOGO FOR COMPETITIONS DUE TO RISK OF CONFLICTING WITH THE LATEST RULES.  IF IN ANY DOUBT PLEASE CHOOSE SIDE B, DESIGN A2 TO BE SAFE.

UPDATE!: DURING THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS IN LA NUCIA 2021 SEVERAL COMPETITORS WERE TOLD BY UMPIRES THAT THE ITF LETTERS WERE NO LONGER ALLOWED ON THE BELTS AND HAD TO COVER THESE WITH TAPE.  WE ARE THEREFORE REMOVING THESE LETTERS FROM ALL FUTURE COMPETITION SAFE BELTS.

ANOTHER UPDATE!: AS DISCUSSED DURING THE COACHES MEETING AT THE 2023 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS IN FINLAND, THE ITF LETTERS ARE NOW ACCEPTED ON THE BELTS FOR COMPETITION.  THEREFORE WE UNDERSTAND THAT DESIGNS A1 AND A2 ARE BOTH ACCEPTABLE.

LATEST UPDATE!: AT THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS IN LUBLIN 2024, ITF LETTERS ON THE BELT WERE AGAIN NOT ALLOWED.  TO BE SAFE AT FUTURE ITF EVENTS, PLEASE USE ONLY DESIGN A2.

Additional options available:

• Junior belts with white stripe running the entire length of the belt (according to ITF competition rules).
