Returns and Replacement Policy

Doboks.eu guarantees our products to be free from defects. Should you find a problem with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days for immediate replacement. 

Shipping

We can ship to any EU country.  All prices include EU VAT.  For countries outside the EU, please contact us first for a shipping quote before ordering.  Also please note that for shipments outside the EU you may be charged import duty and taxes when receiving goods.

Fixed price 15 euro shipping for orders to most EU countries.  Delivery in 4 to 10 business days within the EU.  For faster shipping on urgent orders please contact us.

Fixed price 25 euro shipping to all other destinations.  Delivery in 7 to 14 business days outside the EU.  For further shipping enquiries please don't hesitate to contact us.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Stock

All items listed as available on www.doboks.eu are in stock now and available to ship immediately.  So you can order with confidence knowing you will receive your items without having to wait for backorders.

Items available for pre-order will be shipped on the expected release date as indicated on the product page.  Please note that all items in your order will be shipped at the same time on the release date even if some items are available now.  If you require some items sooner then please place separate orders for your immediately available items and your pre-order items.
