The MIGHTYFIST ITF APPROVED PU SPARRING BOOTS have great grip round the middle of the foot due to its extra strapping on the bottom of the foot. They are also more padded around the instep than other foot guards on the market helping to prevent foot injury from kicking elbows, having broken bones in the top of my feet before this extra padding is a great idea for protection without out losing any power.
